We have been very disappointed as we arrived and the pool was not available! The room was big, but not so clean, we found a lot of hairs on the floor! The day we arrived we were more less alone in the hotel and infact the day after the breakfast was very very poor! The staff didn't speak a word of english and this is was problem that we managed using Wechat as translator. We appreciated the staff availability in helping us with the tickets for Zhangajiaje Park and the relative tour. We appreciated the possibility to have dinner at the hotel even because the position was quite far away from everything, it was not near the Zhangajiaje Park!

Great place in a small and quiet village, when we arrived was a bit off season so a bit under its standards, but the staff balanced some spots with kindness and helpfulness, giving us an upgraded room, buying us tickets for Wulingyuan scenica area and letting us skip some lines

Great experience. Everything was just perfect: starting from the room, very clean and beautiful, to the service and the amazing food.
Staff was always ready to help and keen to make our stay just perfect.

We arrived and were welcomed with fruits, snacks and tea. The staff was super nice! We had everything we needed. The room was very nice as well :)
We were sad to find out that the swimming pool is still under construction, and it's not available. The staff was nice and provided us dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel. They make sure you are always happy during your staying :)

The hotel is very well located, only 30 minutes away from the train station and very close to other touristic places. The staff was very attentive at all times and helped us out in everything we needed during our stay. They would always send breakfast to our room every morning.
All the amenities are very clean. The room is beautifully decorated with wood things which makes it very unique. The hotel also has several trails you can freely walk.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in China so far.

The room is clean, the yard is beautiful, the swimming pool is of great quality, and the housekeeper service is very enthusiastic. They even gave us a lot of snacks and fruits when they saw we were traveling with children. I will definitely choose this place again in the future.

Pros:
Our housekeeper, Xiao Li, was very thoughtful, helping with itineraries and making reservations.
The staff were friendly and attentive to suggestions and feedback.
The pool was fantastic, and the rooms all had floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the mountains and trees, which was very relaxing.
The small courtyard and wooden bridge were both unique, and the children walked across them every day.
The family room had a slide, a tent, and dolls, which the children loved.
Dinner reservations can be made in advance, and the light, home-style meals are suitable for both the elderly and children.
Areas for Improvement:
One of the family rooms is a glass room, which can get quite hot in the summer, and the air conditioning is a bit lackluster, which could be improved.
It's best to drive yourself or have a housekeeper provide a car service. Taking a taxi or ordering takeout can be inconvenient.

The hotel environment is very beautiful and quiet, and there are many types of breakfast. The hotel service is very careful, and the housekeeper and the driver are very nice. The location is about 10-15 taxis away from the sign gate.
