I travel a lot and it's always good to arrive at a place that has got it right. The Pure Site is such a place. It's a small place that is stylish, comfortable, well located and has friendly, helpful staff to welcome you and offer advice on how best to plan your visit. The rooms are fresh, modern, very nicely designed, spotlessly clean and have a relaxing atmosphere. Basically, unlike a lot of hotel rooms, it was somewhere to sit down, feel at home and happily spend a bit of time. My room was on the top floor with a nice balcony and a view and everyone staying there can use the comfortable lobby area where a there is a parrot and a very friendly dog to keep you company. The location is in an attractive, quiet street just a few metres from the lively night market and a five or six minute walk from the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park making a cheap and good evening meal and an early start to a day of sightseeing that much easier. And all this comes at a very reasonable price. It's an almost faultless rarity and travelling would be a lot better if more places followed this example. Needless to say, if I were to pass this way again I would stay nowhere else.

Very nice spot, clean room, helpful staff, cute dog in the lobby, very close walk to park entrance, on a quiet street, loved it!
