The hotel is located in a beautiful street, not far from the cable car that leads to the mountain, full of restaurants and places to eat. The structure is traditional, with kind and helpful owners. Rainbow and her husband were very kind and super friendly and welcoming, they helped me by giving me all the necessary directions to see Tianmen Mountain and the national park. The hotel is very nice and well-kept, as is the street where it is located. It is a few minutes walk from the cable car to go to Tianmen Mountain and from the bus stop to go to the national park. If I were to return to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

The owners are very respectful and responsive. The room was clean but I noticed the floor under the washroom sink was not the cleanest. Also, be aware that the shower, toilet and sink are altogether without any barriers. I feel like this is common in China but I was not expecting it at a hotel. Other than the washroom, the rest of the room is good and the location is fantastic. Lots of food around and fast taxi rides to malls and airport (12 minute ride).
