We were very happy with everything. The location is good for walking into the national park. Breakfast was good and very convenient, as it's served very early.

The staff were very friendly. I was able to do my laundry for free and breakfast was included. I even received a souvenir when I checked out. I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located for the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park, on a street with many restaurants and convenience stores.
The owner is very kind and easy to communicate with, thanks to her handy translator. She can also help with booking tickets for various attractions.
The breakfast is varied, including sweet options (very good jams, dried fruit, etc.).
There are always free snacks or ice cream available.
There is a laundry room available for guests.
The room was spacious and had very comfortable beds.
