老闆很和氣！做的飯菜很好吃！停車方便安全！房子乾淨衞生熱水隨時都有跟自己家裡一樣離森林公園中門很近幾分鐘的路程！每天吃好早餐老闆就開車送我們到景點門口，本評論真實可靠！遺憾的是天天下雨！大家去景點一定要看好天氣預報！

來之前，跟老闆就聊了很久，這麼便宜，會不會不行，到了以後，看着我媳婦打開房間門一臉的滿意，小孩子歡呼雀躍的狀態，特別是陽台，打開的一瞬間，你會發現一種迴歸大自然擁抱的感覺，我心裏的石頭也總算落地了。老闆人非常好，來到這裏已經凌晨一點了，非常耐心的出來梓木門接送。幫我們訂票也比網上優惠了不少。玩了一天的森林公園，拖着疲憊的身軀回到民宿，晚上吃了一頓老闆自己家裡親手種的農家菜，自己做的湘西臘肉，簡直不要太爽。下次還要來這裏，也會推薦朋友過來。

沒遇到過環境這麼差的，懷疑是把自住房鋪一下床單就拿出來賣。進民宿的公路衹能一個車過，如果碰巧路面有車出來，衹能外面的退。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，性價比高，雖出門在外但房東的熱情讓我們有種賓至如歸的感覺，最主要是帥氣的房東做得一手好飯菜，讓我吃上了張家界純純的土家味，還有停車超方便，又是在景區裏面，早上起床鳥語花香，空氣特好，特別適合自駕遊，舒適，方便，實惠，下次去還要住他們家

優點：車位充足，雙床1.5米夠大，老闆購熱情。
缺點：設施簡陋，超市飯店都無，吃飯基本無選擇。
晚上隔壁房間説話能聽到，早上5點公雞打鳴。廁所地漏下水超級慢，洗個澡，腳會泡水裡。可能因為是農村的原因，蚊子超多，還大。拍都拍不完，本來計劃調低温度來控制蚊子，可空調設成19度，跟設成28度無差異。整晚和蚊子鬥爭，第二天遊玩的精力都無。
吃飯不推薦：因為無菜單，我們也是老闆有啥有們吃啥，煎個葱花雞蛋餅（2個蛋的量）35元。
