My family loves this hotel so much, my 7 years old son said it is 10/10 full stars hotel in Japan ;)

Spacious room in great location. Good to have tv screen mirroring.  Easy access from carpark to hotel.  Breakfast variety could be better.

Location is convenient. Bathroom is big. Restaurants are nearby

I’ve stayed in different hotels/hostels/inns in Japan in my five visits since 2017 and I can confidently say that Hyatt House Kanazawa has been the best accommodation I’ve booked thus far. It has everything we need all the way to the kitchen amenities. The location is just right across Kanazawa Station and buses for day tours are just a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast was satisfying. The staff were very accommodating and approachable. I’d definitely book it again if I happen to stay in Kanazawa again in the future.

Clean and thoughtful set up. Well equipped kitchenette. With brand new dish sponge and kitchen towel ( items often overlooked at other service apartment hotels). Spacious lounge area that had free flow beverages in the evening during our stay. Competent breakfast but lack variety as there was no change in menu during our 3 days stay. You can access the restaurants in the same building via the escalator in the shared outdoor area next to the restaurant. Location is superb as it’s a short mostly sheltered walk to Kanazawa station

Great location just beside the JR station. Bus terminal is also there, so very convenient to get to anywhere. Room is large by japanese standards, and there was generous provision of complimentary coffee, tea and alcohol (house red and white wine, Asahi beer and 3 types of sake) between 11am - 8pm. That’s a long happy hour and we almost did not feel like heading out😆 Only down side was the breakfast policy - only given to 1 pax unless you are a Hyatt member who booked through their website. Whilst additional breakfast is not expensive (＜2,000 yen per pax after tax), it would be a more complete package to include it rather than manage this way. This is considering spread is sufficient but not wide by usual buffet breakfast standards and guests booking via any platform would appreciate the convenience and greater simplicity.

What you’d expect from Hyatt—good location, everything that just works. Services are efficient.

The hotel was within steps from JR Kanazawa and connected to a mall. It was very accessible and made travelling easy for us, as it was raining everyday when we were there. Room was spacious and very well equipped.

My third time here . The room is spacious and well organised. They give 1 free breakfast .

Love the location. The room is huge too! And the lounge with free flow drink is a plus!

Very convenient if traveling by train. Just in front of Kanazawa station. The room is really nice and clean. Free drinks (including sake) is a big plus point

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the train station, making the access such a breeze. There's a distance from the popular tourist spots but those can be easily accessed by bus or walk. Rooms are well laid out with plenty of space. I can see that this hotel targets long-stay guests therefore some rooms are equipped with a microwave. We experienced a mild earthquake during our stay (Magnitude 3) and we felt safe in our room. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend anyone travelling to Kanazawa to stay here.
