Superb hotel, a bar with basking at the lobby of the hotel，food was not too bad. Welcome drink and cocktail everyday at 5pm. Stay was definitely great. Walkable distance to West Lake. Worth staying!

So, here are some minuses: bed (mattress) is awful, destroyed my back; water pressure is low; window doesn’t open (important for me). As a recommendation for hotel management: you should clean your carpets around the bed. Pluses: design of the hotel, good working ac, stuff is kind and helpful, so many activities in the evenings (salsa, bachata, performances of singers), really tasty bar, spacious terrace. The worst was the mattress, if the will change, I will consider to come back again. Location is in a quiet area, but very close to shopping street.

I booked a deluxe lake view room and had a comfortable 3 night stay. Canopy is a modern hotel and located accessible to nearby shopping area and 10mins walk to west lake. No lack of choices! Hotel room is spacious and well maintained. I find the hotel staff friendly and professional. Particularly would like to thank Cherry for taking care of me during the stay and helping me to make reservation for the restaurant. Would stay at the hotel if I were to come to Hangzhou.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, stylish and comfortable. The entire facility is stylish and welcoming and the service was also very good, everyone was very friendly and always willing to help.

We love how the room is big and airy. It gives us a light and pleasant feeling every single time we enter it❤️

Wonderful experience and very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location and within walking distance to West Lake and the major shopping area. There’s also a very bookstore near to the hotel. The breakfast selection is excellent too! Finally, the reception staff were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and helped to answer a lot of my questions given that this was my first visit to Hangzhou. They also helped me with a purchase of a WiFi adapter at night as my laptop WiFi connection was not working via **. Thank you!

The room is super good! Clean! Neat! Design suit our liking. Sadly, we only had 1 night there. We wished that we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Great location close to West Lake, this is a modern, vibrant hotel. Highly recommended.

The service staff is so friendly and helpful throughout our stay here. Room was clean and staff was courteous as well. Definitely recommend this to all to try if you’re visiting Hangzhou!

Service and attitude were generally good. Staff is quite young and a bit raw in terms of service delivery but appeared motivated. Reception check-in is generally aloof and distant. Facilities new and clean. Food and bar menu very limited. My only unpleasant experience, bartender at the lobby bar, was quite rude and even borders on condescending when we were ordering our complimentary cocktails on our first night. First time experiencing such poor service and was really shocked. It is very short when measured by any bartendering standards, china or internationally. IMHO, the weakest link in its service staff. Attitude only improved when we ordered additional non complimentary cocktails. The concierge and restaurant manager were excellent and very helpful, performed admirably in terms of service and customer interaction. Detected smoke odour around lift lobby vicinity in wee hours of morning on first night, but it may be an isolated incident.

excellent lcation a little distance from West Lake on a quiet street. Staff proactive in offering info in tours, private car. left something behind and staff actively contacted me to make sure I got my stuff back.
