I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, the experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The common areas were equally well-maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain. We were able to easily access these incredible sites while enjoying a peaceful retreat to return to after our adventures. In summary, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area who wants a top-notch place to stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Service was good as they fixed the room mixup. Nice french music playing inside the room and breakfast was not bad. Overall a nice stay 👍

Clean room and heater nice for winter.. Good breakfast. Good service. I can buy tianmeng tickets from the hotel too. Walking distance to the cable car station.

Gorgeous hotel! Large rooms, all brand new, smart features, very cozy. Good laundry room. Great customer service. Better than in photos. Please note it does not have Mountain View as advertised, but the hotel is stunning. Tip for my fellow travelers: try the small family owned buffet restaurant for only 13 yuan (!!) per person. The ladies are the sweetest (it is on the left street as you walk out of the hotel, next to the big restaurant, before the corner fruit shop).

Pick up from the station was really convenient. Place was clean. Value for money. About 1km away from from Tianmen cable

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. Service was excellent with pick up and drop off from your destination. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted with a cup of tea. I stayed for two nights. Thank you for the wonderful service

Hotel’s room is comfy. Location is good and silence outside. Breakfast was tasty. Room Service was Quick.

I had a fantastic stay! The bedding was so comfy, the amenities were fantastic , and the room was very ambient. I loved the smart features of the room , and the cozy lighting. My stay was so relaxing after the heavy travelling and walking I did all day. I couldn't wait to relax in my comfy room! The staff were also very helpful, they helped me order food (since I did not have a Chinese number to place the order myself on the delivery apps). They let you message them on WeChat for any requests or queries. Their response time could be a bit sooner, but otherwise, no complaints! I would book this room again! Very peaceful and quiet and convenient!

3star Beds are comfortable, and room gives a modern feel. Plumbing to toilet and shower blocked was given tool by staff to fix it myself. Air-conditioning was blowing cigarette smoke from other rooms. Breakfast is very basic. Airport and train station by taxi fast and easy. I recommend the restaurant Ronger's Stir-Fry Restaurant on the block behind the hotel.

Hotel was very good, great amenities, rooms, very friendly staff. As foreigners, we felt very welcomed by the hotel employees. Rooms are great, with good tech amenities. Can really recommend the hotel. Only downside was the AC which was slightly unreliable/difficult to use.

Receptionist was kind enough to arrange for a driver to send me to the train station after my stay.all in a pleasant experience there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I traveled as a solo female on a last-minute whim with little to no Chinese language skills. Not only was I greeted warmly, but the staff were exceptionally nice. They helped me book a day trip to Zhangjiajie, including transport. They made a great effort in solving my problems and ensuring I was okay. They even made sure I ate and helped me with ordering food, accommodating my dietary requirements by translating and selecting suitable meals. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved how everything was automatic, including the curtains. They even had one of those bidet/automatic toilets. The hotel is super close to Tianmen Mountain, allowing me to visit early in the morning and still have time to go to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Glass Bridge. It is also close to the 72 Wonders Tower (72 Qilou). On my first night, I couldn’t figure out how to get Didi working, and one of the staff booked it for me. I highly recommend this hotel—10/10!
