The location was nice with the attractions being nearby. Parking was an issue. The hotel was clean and people were friendly. Enjoyed the laundry services as well.

Very tall ceilings in the room that made it feel spacious, lighting in the room was nice and everything was clean! Location is also very convenient as it is within the city center.

The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and the proximity to restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance was convenient. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

Great location, walking distance to centre. Lovely view from room. Gym is a little outdated, but does the job.

The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows. They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay.

Room is very clean and very well presented. Bed is very soft and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect, walking distance to the city. The only downside is the parking as you need to book a head of time due to limited space but it would be more convenient to all having its parking available. Otherwise our stay was absolutely 👍🏻 .😊

The location is very good, less than 200 meters walk to the square. There are not many parking spaces in the hotel, so you need to make an appointment in advance. The breakfast is very good and cost-effective. The room is clean.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the Octagon Square, the First Church and Dunedin Railway Station! Because I went there at an unfortunate time, the hotel parking lot was full, but it happened to be the weekend, so you can park for free as long as you are within the white line, which is really good!
