The location of this hotel is a bit far from the city center, but fortunately there is a comprehensive supermarket nearby. Opposite the hotel is Shenlin Park, which is a good choice for a walk. The hotel hygiene is acceptable.

The hotel service is good, the facilities are new, the breakfast is also good, there is no charge for going to the gym and bathing in the morning, but there is a charge after 11 o'clock, but the hotel is a bit remote, there is no subway station nearby, everything else is good

Good hotel, we stayed during the holidays. There are plenty of parking spaces, but everything is occupied during the holidays. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hall is beautifully decorated for the New Year. Breakfast was not included. There is a spa, but we did not rate its services either. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, water, kettle, etc.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Hotel Viktoria. In a 4-star hotel, I expect the air conditioning to work – especially in warm weather. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. When I asked why it wasn't working, I was told that unfortunately, they couldn't help me because the air conditioning "wasn't open yet." This is incomprehensible to me. This is the first time I've heard of a 4-star hotel having air conditioning that remains deactivated seasonally – even though it's needed. The building also seems a bit dated. Overall, this doesn't meet the standards I expect from a hotel of this category.

The hotel has a lot of rooms and is quite large, but the sensor lights in the corridors are too slow to respond, and the corridors are always dark, which makes people feel uneasy. There is a park opposite, and it is very comfortable to take a walk. The gym is charged after 5 pm, which is not very satisfactory.

The location is good, the appearance is magnificent. It is convenient for exhibitions 1000 meters away. There is a Chinese food mall nearby. 900 meters away. The price is not low, and the room is spacious. The corridor is very long and poor. The sensor light is not lit when people walk by. It is too long. There are many partition doors, which is inconvenient. The toilet leaks. The air conditioning control is out of order and the notification is ignored.

The room is quite big, the breakfast is very poor, the service attitude of the front desk is very poor, and the most regrettable thing is that there is a cemetery next to it.
