I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable mattress. What really stood out was the staff's hospitality; they were not only friendly but also went the extra mile by offering a complimentary airport transfer in a nice, comfortable car in the pouring rain. Their ability to communicate in English made everything so much easier, which was greatly appreciated.
The Chinese breakfast was appreciated as well, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Tianmen Mountain station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value with its combination of comfort, service, and location. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others

The best thing about this hotel is the service, which is really impeccable, especially Mr. Liu, who picks up and drops off guests, has multiple duties and is always responsive. And the handsome guy Xiao Peng at the front desk will take the initiative to say hello every time he meets them. The service is really great! The price of the hotel is very favorable, and the cost performance is very high. There are no good reviews or gifts for this hotel. They are all sincere reviews. I recommend it to friends who come to Zhangjiajie.
