We had an amazing stay at this hotel.
It is extremely close to the lark entrance (4 min walk).
The japanese style design is beautiful providing a great stay.
Staff is also very attentive.
I’d only suggest to sign better the hotel entrance as it is difficult to see the first day you arrive.

Spectacular hotel located mere meters away from the east gate of Zhang Jia Jie national forest park. Exceeding my expectations for newly opened hotels, FunGees rooms are diverse with technological room equipments along with complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks in the evening. On top of all this, each room is paired with a personal guide, who planned us through in and out for our two days at the park. Absolutely ten out of ten, and will book with them again next time.

I discovered a hidden gem in Zhangjiajie. The environment is elegant, clean, and tastefully decorated. They even provide complimentary afternoon tea and raincoats. The staff are courteous and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie.

The room was well-designed, though a bit dark. The sign was just a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. The housekeeping service was excellent, especially with regards to ticket purchases. The guide was detailed and patient. They even did laundry and drying for you, so you didn't have to do it yourself. There was one minor issue with the facilities: the restroom and toilet were on opposite sides of the door, leaving no place to hang clothes while showering, and the drain was prone to clogging.

I have to give a shout-out to the front desk lady, Ruo Lian. From booking to check-out, she provided one-on-one service. She even knew we were traveling with elderly people and proactively upgraded the room. She greeted us daily with thoughtful greetings throughout our stay. It's truly a hotel worth staying at. She even asked in advance what time afternoon tea and midnight snacks would be delivered to the room, and even helped with show ticket bookings. After check-in, it was a complete peace of mind. The Forest Park is incredibly close, literally right outside your doorstep—so VIP! In the afternoon, we walked around the corner from the Forest Park and were right at the hotel, which was incredibly convenient, especially with elderly people and children. The Dyson hair dryer was also incredibly fragrant. It's truly worth staying at.
