Everything ok, no problems, clean as described, friendly service. The breakfast was quite modest. It was a surprise that the coffee for breakfast was additionally paid.

The place,the food, the peoples feels like home. The owner(Mr Shi Kang) very informative and helpful with itinerary planning of Zhangjiajie and also there is complimentary drop off and pick up from the South gate

We had such an amazing stay here! The hosts were super friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They really made us feel at home and treated us like family. They were patient, generous, and never rushed us to check out early.
I stayed with my wife and our little boy, and we all loved it. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere. Honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had — highly recommended to anyone visiting!

Owners are nice people and cooperative, the place is clean and view is amazing ,nothing wrong with the place but a bit isolated from the city center but not far from national forest ,amazing place and amazing stuff for sure

Amazing value for our room with a tub and an amazing view of the Zhangjiajie mountains. Staff are really nice and very helpful to us at all times. Food is also very good. I would love to stay there again.
