This hotel is located next to the "East Entrance" of the national park. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. The owners are local citizen, so there are some discount for all kinds of tickets and shows if they buy on behalf of us. They are extremely friendly and welcome to help us to arrange the itineraries, buy tickets for us, always greeting us when we going out and coming back. They even drive us to hotel from the bus terminal on our check-in day as well. They even upgrade our room too. There are some restaurants which entitled some discounts as well if we show them our hotel room card. Nothing to complain, highly appreciated their hospitality.

We travelled through China for 30 days and stayed in many hotels, but the host at this place truly stood out. They went above and beyond in every possible way, helping us book tickets, offering us ice cream and water, and greeting us with a genuine smile every time we walked in. Exceptional hospitality, easily one of the warmest stays of our entire trip.

本次旅遊最最最滿意的民宿 沒有之一 全家都特別滿意 乾淨衞生 房間特別大 層高舒服 晚上靠山特安靜 但位置卻很好 出門就是茶顏悦色和東門入口 老闆和老闆娘特別熱情周到 提前聯繫準備車位 到了以後親自介紹房間設定 我定的房間直接獨佔了頂樓 還有晾衣服的地方和洗衣機 通過老闆娘定了魅力湘西的票 比所有平台都便宜 位置正中間超讚 晚上去吃了老闆娘推薦的湘菜館子 出示房卡打九折 三個人用100元吃得飽飽的 會推薦朋友來住

首先老闆人很好，很熱情，這不可否認。但是宣傳圖片跟我們入住的房間差別很大。圖一是我訂的房，圖二是我們住的房間的窗户，根本沒有那麼大的窗户，房間實際也很小，停車很不方便，而且外面在裝修一大早就很吵，酒店還有一股新裝修的味道。和我的預期還是落差很大的，總之體驗感很不好，不過老闆人是真的很好

酒店應該是剛開業不久，設施很新，有電梯，理小吃街有40米，不會吵，門口可以停車，離景區大門也很近，老闆人我很好。吃飯也超方便。總體來説武陵源真是好景區，就是要看温度。我來的時候太熱了。

很乾凈，老闆很熱情，帶山景的，樓後就是山，親子房裡還有羊駝玩具和小孩的故事書，孩子們很喜歡！老闆還提供冰水和冰糕！挺貼心！
