服務真的是好到無話可說，原本酒店是安排了接機或是接站，但我和管家說我們在上一間酒店，也安排了車子過來接，酒店裡的房間、設備、餐點更是不用說，吹風機也是dyson，早餐是採套餐，很用心很好吃，整體服務感拉滿，同行的友人都說很滿意，下次來張家界玩一定會繼續入住！這次訂的是溶洞雙床房，真的好美，晚上還能在洞穴酒吧小酌一杯，氣氛感全部到位

Che dire.... ha superato le Nostre già altissime aspettative.... un luogo bellissimo dove ci siamo trovati divinamente! Sunny per noi è stata la nostra salvezza! Vi ha aiutati in tutto e fatto risparmiare tempo prezioso nella giornata al parco. La camera era STUPENDA con una vista bellissima! We stayed at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay (National Forest Park Flagship Store) with my daughter and son, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the service was excellent – they arranged a smooth pickup from the airport and even took care of our drop-off at the railway station. The staff also went above and beyond by helping us with ticket reservations for both the National Park and the Grand Canyon, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free.
The property itself is beautiful and ideally located close to the parks, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The pool and the unique cave on the property are truly impressive highlights that make this homestay stand out.
Although we could only stay for two nights due to our tight schedule, we definitely hope to return someday and stay longer. What made the experience extra special were the people working there – everyone was extremely friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home and well cared for throughout our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

特別驚喜的一個酒店，奔馳商務接機，到酒店管家帶着服務人員已經在大堂迎接，並備好了茶飲和水果，如同回家一般；大堂環境也是絕了，叢林感十足，對着小溪還有幾個躺椅；訂的兩局親子房，全屋智能，還有露天陽台，戴森吹風機，像高級公寓，泳池也很爽，小朋友很嗨，邊上有感天然洞穴，有蝙蝠；後來孩子腸胃炎，管家小唐及時幫忙送去附近醫院，開了消炎葯，還安排現熬小米粥，孩子慢慢康復，特別感謝！

The stay was amazing we were picked up from the train station and brought back at the end of our stay (free of charge). They helped us plan our entire trip and booked the tickets for us and even gave us a discount. The location is perfect.
