房間非常乾淨明亮，森林公園的美景盡收眼底，經理和管家都非常熱心體貼，有求必應。離森林公園入口走路八分鐘。我們全家都非常喜歡，所以多住了一晚。尤其是小孩，游泳，山洞和下午茶給他們留下了深刻印象。下次來張家界，一定還定這家。

很好的住宿體驗，窗外就是森林公園，潺潺河水，空氣清新又不喧鬧。
早餐是套餐形式，每天會有一些種類的變化，但是可口。
服務員都很年輕，雖然略顯青澀，但是有求必應。
晚上躺在陽台的沙發上，涼風輕拂，喝杯莓茶，緩解一天的勞頓。
酒店距離森林公園東門非常近，幾天的旅遊都很方便，而且步行去任何一家本地餐廳都不遠，我會跟朋友推薦。

酒店環境真的很絕，桿新桿新的酒店裡的配套居然是個天然溶洞裏面還有蝙蝠和鳥窩，也真的是太超過了！

必須五星好評，從入住前的溝通到入住期間的服務都很周到。民宿裝修很有特色，下午茶也不錯，尤其給管家小唐點贊👍，辦入住的時候細心的講解遊玩路線和注意事項，期間有問題迴應都很及時，充滿了熱情。第一次帶爸媽來張家界，玩得很舒服，下次還來。
