I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, and I was not disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the scenic area. The boss was warm and considerate. He contacted the pick-up vehicle from Zhangjiajie West Station directly to the hotel entrance and designed a tour route for us. Thank you! The proprietress is a good cook, the ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious. Highly recommended to everyone, five-star praise!

非常好的一個民宿，而且在國家森林公園裡麪，房間很好很乾凈，阿姨人特別好，做的飯特別好吃，而且還幫規劃路線，完美避開人多排隊，真的作為一個對住宿挑剔的人，這個價格，這個位置，真的很值得推薦！！！！！

回到南京終於有時間來寫評價啦！極力推薦！極力推薦！1.我也是在網上看到住西門不排隊，沒想到是真的！跟着民宿老闆安排的路線走，基本不排隊，看到從東門進的人排的巨長巨長的隊，我和老公真的在心裏偷笑。2.老闆之前做過十年導遊，安排的路線非常合理、細緻，而且特別有耐心，我中途改過兩三次計劃，都重新幫我做攻略，一發微信，非常及時的給我回訊息，有事的時候還會特地跟我説一聲，回覆不及時，打電話給他，太到位了，給人的感覺非常真誠！3.民宿的環境和照片百分百還原，面積挺大的，也很乾凈，很新，還有個露台，在那裡吃晚飯乘涼，看到對面的山和小溪可太有感覺了。4.老闆的姑姑做飯很好吃，在民宿吃了兩天的早飯和一頓晚飯，我老公説比在外面吃的舒服，好吃的家常菜。特別是那個炒白菜好吃的我在市區看到這種白菜還買了兩斤帶回南京。5.老闆的姑父不愛説話，但是我想去哪裡，衹要他在家就會立即送我去，去鎮上吃飯都可以接送。入住第一天晚上，眼睛因為種睫毛過敏了，當時已經晚上11點了，叔叔還是立即開車送我到鎮上醫院看醫生，也沒有怨言。6.對了，還有很重要的一點，張家界景區非常大，每次下山腿都已經不是自己的了，民宿大門口就可以坐通往景區的環保車，特別是下山的時候有一站直接停在民宿門口，那一刻，真的幸福啊，下車就是民宿，一步都不要再走了！我這人很懶，平時不寫任何評價，好的壞的都懶得寫，但是這次的民宿體驗讓我打心底裏想給他們寫好評，非常淳樸的一家人，祝老闆生意越來越好！#衞生非常好，整棟樓都很乾凈。#服務暖心的一家人
