I found that at 5 a.m., the front desk man of Hilton Garden Inn was dressed in a suit and tie, without any fatigue, smiling, warmly welcoming, and making guests feel at home. This is the style of a four-star hotel. As a mother of one to two, I relaxed all of a sudden. This is why I prefer to choose a standardized hotel rather than a homestay for business travel. And even though we came early, the front desk quickly arranged a room for us without saying a word, and took the initiative to upgrade our room type. It was very nice and smooth. The key is that every service staff in the hotel is enthusiastic and polite, which even makes me curious about how their general manager leads the team. It is very user-friendly that there is a self-service bar in the lobby, and the meeting and rest are very free and flexible. It is not like the cafe of a general five-star hotel, where you need to order coffee drinks before you can sit down. This is in line with the positioning of living in the hotel. In terms of room facilities, I think the level of intelligence of curtains, lights and toilets exceeds expectations, and it is very convenient to use. The hot water is large and the hot water temperature is high. Of course, the TV does not have satellite, so you can't watch overseas programs, which is also expected. I like the small bar in the room very much, equipped with a small capsule coffee machine, sink, and microwave, which is really good. The only regret is that the hotel does not have Chinese dinner. I often play too tired and just want to lie down in the hotel to finish dinner, but I can only take out. There is only breakfast-very rich, the freshly cooked wontons taste good, but the milk is made of milk powder, and the desserts are purchased from outside (after all, there is no kitchen and Chinese kitchen). So, for my picky babies, the palatability is average. Overall, it is still very good, with warm and smiling waiters everywhere, and the hotel fragrance is moderate, which makes you feel very good. Equipped with drying and washing facilities, but you need to do the laundry yourself. The quality of the bedding is within the standard range, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sound insulation is good. The children had a very good overall impression, and after going to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, they still miss this hotel. It should be pointed out that I don’t know what the problem is with the positioning. Every time the Didi taxi driver cannot come to the lobby door correctly, he always runs to the opposite side of the hotel, which is very inconvenient.
