This is a new hotel with all new facilities. The front desk staff mostly speak Mandarin, but they are very helpful, friendly, and quick. The location is perfect—close to a mini-market and Tianmen Mountain. The laundry room, gym, and especially the rooms are super clean, neat, and comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie (ZJJ).

Initially booked for one night because I wasn't sure the condition and the location of the hotel is suitable. Before arrived i asked for bus number and direction to the hotel. The receptionist by the name LIU had been most helpful and replied timely . Without her unwavering assistance in other matters too i could have move on to another hotel easily in zhangjiajie for the next 3 nights. Instead i chose to stay on, thanks to her. I do hope the hotel recognises her hard work, her fantastic attitude and great smile. Thank you again Ms Liu.
