The hygiene was excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning also worked wonderfully, which made our stay in Zhangjiajie very pleasant. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the smart system was very convenient. The decor felt very thoughtfully designed. The only minor drawback was some airplane noise at night, but it wasn't too bothersome. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

Booked a total of 6 rooms for my family trip. The hotel was clean, rooms were big, also had free laundry service. Breakfast buffet also had a wide selection of food. Our 管家Lily was very helpful and responsive to our needs, explained the Tianmenshan route when she knew we didn’t have a local guide, ensured we had a comfortable stay in the hotel. We also had a late checkout as our train was in the later afternoon. Very pleasant and satisfied stay, will definitely stay here again if I am back in Zhang jia jie! Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is extremely convenient for dining out and visiting tourist attractions. It's directly opposite the bus station. Parking is also very easy, with a large car park both above and below ground; you can take the elevator directly to your room from the underground level. Both the hotel breakfast and elevator access are very convenient – you simply swipe your room card. Even food deliveries are brought up by robots. The room's smart system is incredibly user-friendly.

I’m satisfied with everything about this hotel! The cleanliness, the facilities, the location and the service. Thankful for Lily for letting me know about the Tianmen cablecar service going under inspection, so I didn’t make a wasted trip there. Also she helped me with finding alternative activities, e.g the Grand Canyon, and helped to arrange transport to and from place. This place is also close to all the good food there is and I will highly recommend anyone who comes to zhangjiajie to this hotel. Special requests are also allowed, like late checkout. So thankful and so happy.

I love everything about our stay. The view, the comfort, the breakfast, location. Everything was perfect. Hope I could stay for more time!!! The voice control was also fantastic. I let Xiaowei woke us up in the morning! :) The location was superb. The gate to the cableway is a few minutes walk and the bus to Wulingyuan is right in front!

Very convenient to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and local food. Hotel looks very smart and has great amenities. Even took the opportunity to visit the foot massage facilities within the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will look out for others under the same brand.

My stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain was absolutely exceptional. I spent one night there while traveling from Shanghai, planning to take the cable car up to Tianmen Mountain. From the very beginning, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. When it turned out that my power bank had been taken away at Shanghai airport (due to new regulations), the hotel immediately offered me a replacement charger. What’s more, someone from the staff actually bought a brand-new Huawei charger perfectly suited to my needs and delivered it to my room within half an hour. I didn’t have to arrange or look for anything – everything was taken care of, which was truly thoughtful. The room was even more beautiful than in the photos – a wonderful bathtub, great interior design, and a stylish décor that made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. It was an extremely comfortable place with a stunning view of the cable cars climbing up to Tianmen Mountain. What’s more, the staff were also very helpful in providing information and assisting with booking tickets for the cable car. Thanks to them, I saved a lot of time and stress. The entire team deserves the highest praise for their kindness and professionalism. In summary: this hotel is a real gem. I would definitely love to return and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

We recently stayed at the Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain and our holiday experience was made truly exceptional by the hotel's travel department! Their service was truly outstanding and they guided us thoroughly with our travel plans especially for our visit to the Zhangjiajie national park. Our tour guide Zhang Xiaoyan was incredibly knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights into every scenic spot. Her friendly and patient demeanor made us feel at ease throughout the journey. Thanks to their thoughtful arrangements and enthusiasm, we had an unforgettable and thoroughly enjoyable holiday here.
