The service is very bad. I booked the wrong room and they still haven't processed my cancellation request! What a rip-off hotel.

It's just across the street from San Mames Stadium, so it's the first choice for watching football. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. Although the room is not big, it is clean and has good lighting. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is a large grocery store on the next street, which is very convenient for shopping. In the early morning, I went to the airport front desk to help call a taxi. Good experience.
