Spacious and great hotel! The toilet is clean and nice! Robot machine is available to bring your food delivery to the room! 24/7 washing available, they are able to help to wash your clothes.

The location doesn't get any better than this if you are a tourist. The building from outside looked a bit rough at first but the rooms were perfect! Staff was polite and curteous.

Very nice, very clean, I am extremely happy with my stay here. Excellent value for the money. I slept really really well! Also, the breakfast is a great deal.

Rooms were nice and spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. Cleanliness Topnotch! The view from the room was lovely catching the sunrise. Front Desk Staff were very kind and accommodating. Very good breakfast with a lot of chinese and local dishes. one of the best stays we've had so far. Location is convenient to restaurants and shops. Highly Recommend this hotel!

As a family with three young kids, traveling can sometimes be challenging, but the team here made everything so smooth and stress-free. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful — always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything we needed, whether it was arranging transport, offering recommendations, or just making sure the kids were happy. They even helped us plan our visit to the nearby national park, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for a family. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the hotel was in a great location — close enough to all the major sights, yet quiet enough to relax after a busy day. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. This place made Zhangjiajie feel like home, and we can’t recommend it enough for families looking for comfort, kindness, and genuine hospitality. ah most recommended hotel ever in zhangjiajie city center! it's right above a shopping mall and in the middle of the bustling street with lots of food and shopping around! didi around is convenient and the rooms are nice and spacious and clean! super comfortable stay

Overall an excellent hotel. The hotel room was big and clean and beautiful, it has the BIGGEST bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel, they provide 2 different types of pillows for you to choose from, and all facilities were clean and very new. It’s located within a shopping mall and there’s an excellent bakery just downstairs. It is also smart, you can call “xiao du xiao du” to turn the lights off for you, open the curtains, etc. The vanity mirror is also amazing for female travellers. One thing to note however, is that because it is in a prime center location, there is some traffic congestion in the road just outside (not a big issue) and the taxi may find it slightly difficult to drop you off right at the entrance (pretty normal for mid range china hotels i’d say)

Brand new hotel. Comfortable beds. Strong AC that you can adjust on your own. Everything is automated by your bedside. Centrally located in the city center. Plenty of food options nearby. Great value for your money!

Friendly staff at the hotel, no problems if you don't speak chinese. The rooms are immaculatly clean and hi-tech, robo-room service. You won't find a better hotel at this price. Only issue is the breakfast wasn't great but i generally ate out, in China you don't want to eat in a hotel, there are food options just downstairs.
