Response from Property: Hello, I actually reminded you when I checked in. During that time, the elevator was being changed. The freight elevator can be used directly from 10 am to 8 pm without swiping a card. At other times and elevators, you can ask the security guard to swipe your card. We have a sign to remind you to be extra quiet after 10 pm. Sometimes other guests are chatting in the living room. If you don't pay attention and make noise, you can remind each other. Friends who help take care of the space sometimes enter the room when cleaning. Usually they will knock on the door first, but sometimes they may not hear the knock. There are many foreign travelers and backpackers in our space. Some time ago, we were considering changing to mixed rooms for easier arrangement. At that time, we only consulted your thoughts and opinions and asked you. After you said that you personally would mind, we didn't arrange it that way. When foreign guests entered the country, they used our address for registration. Occasionally, immigration staff would come to check whether they were still there, which was not a big deal. There may be some misunderstandings, but this is probably the case. We are also sorry and regretful for your bad review experience in our space.
