Our stay was amazing! The room was great, gorgeous views, location is super convenient! Food served at the restaurant was amazing too - private bungalows to dine in, generous portion size, fresh produce and great flavours! The host Jack was super helpful - helped plan our visits to Zhangjiajie National Park and even personally drove us to the gate every day. Would highly recommend!!

The owner was very nice. He even upgraded us to a room free of charge when there was one available. From arrival to departure, he was always available to help with anything we needed. Since I didn't have any travel plans and only wanted to go out when I got there, he recommended suitable activities based on our time and value. He didn't push us to spend money, and all the recommended activities were free. He also provided free transportation to our destinations. The owner really enjoyed chatting with people and sharing. Chatting with him was like chatting with a friend, without any airs. The only thing he could improve is if he could get more rest. He worked from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm without a break. Sometimes he'd be leaving to pick up guests in the middle of a meal, or he'd just finished dropping off one group of guests and had to pick up another before they even had time to sit down. I hope he could get more rest. Highly recommended!
