My stay at Yunmanshan Juzhuju (Nationality Forest Park Branch) was absolutely unforgettable. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, from the beautiful natural surroundings to the cozy and well-maintained rooms, it truly felt like a peaceful retreat.
A special mention goes to Fang, the amazing front desk staff. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Fang took care of everything with such attention and warmth that I instantly felt at home. Her hospitality truly made my experience exceptional.
I’m so grateful for her kindness and the wonderful service I received. I’ll definitely be returning and I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and Stunning Views
We had an unforgettable stay at Yunmanshan Juzhuju (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Branch). From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience.
Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains — waking up each morning felt like stepping into a postcard. The meals were absolutely fantastic, and what impressed us the most was that the food was prepared based on our personal preferences. The kitchen was clearly very focused on guest satisfaction, and it showed in every dish.
While it's true that you'll need a taxi to reach most places, the hotel made it very easy to arrange transportation. The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is just a short taxi ride away, as are other nearby attractions. That said, thanks to the excellent food and cozy atmosphere, there was no need to go out again in the evenings — we happily dined in every night.
This is a small hotel with a big heart, perfect for those who value personal attention and comfort. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the Zhangjiajie area!

Serene and peaceful. Lovely scenery from the balcony and lobby. Excellent costumer service. Delicious freshly cooked meals prepared by the kitchen staff.. Quite a distance from Zhangjiaje national park but near Huangshi village. Overall a wonderful stay. Would recommend this hotel to those who want to immerse in nature.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, it was such a beautiful place to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie. We wish we were there more than a night as the staff and service was the most hospitable we had the whole trip. The care they took with everything from check in through to check out was a 10 out of 10. The place was clean and modern with a really relaxed zen vibe.
We were fortunate enough to have dinner there in the restaurant and it was the best meal we had our entire time in China, the food was fresh and flavourful and it felt like a home cooked meal cooked with care and so much love. The breakfast was also so fresh and delicious and set us up for a day in the national park.
I would highly recommend staying here and it’s the only place I’d stay if I came back to Zhangjiajie!

WHAT A FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION!! Nestled in front of the Avatar mountains. Breathtaking views and very well designed rooms! Comfortable beds and great facilities! And not to forget to mention; the service is top notch!!!! Even for traveling in the region. Definitely recommend to stay and try the local food at the property. 10/10!

We had a beautiful 4-night stay at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with luxurious bedding, modern amenities, stunning mountain views, and even heated flooring, and the breakfasts and dinners were very tasty, hearty and filling. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even driving us to the national park and helping us plan the days’ activities. We would absolutely recommend staying here! It was our favourite hotel we’ve stayed in while travelling China.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel near the south entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park. The owner went above and beyond in every way—personally driving us to and from the park each day, helping us plan our itinerary, and offering thoughtful, spot-on recommendations that made our visit unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos. Breakfasts were delicious and tailored to our preferences, and the entire staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This place truly felt like a home base, thanks to the exceptional hospitality.

The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the South entrance of the park - which is very convenient, if you like to be near there. It is located on a little hill, there are no restaurants nearby, however they provide delicious dinner, which we enjoyed 3 times. The room itself is nice, clean and has a bath tub - the floor is cold - but you can use the AC for heating. The view is great and the host is very friendly!
