A good place, 8 minutes walk to zhangjiajie national park east gate. Surrounded by a lot of mini market, restaurant, which is really convenient. The receptionist will explain how to get around zhangjiajie. They also offer to help you to buy the zhangjiajie national park tickets with good price, I don't know how much, since I've bought and can't cancel

The owner is very kind & nice, helps whatever we need. Good location hotel, big room, clean room & toilet. Hotel in front of street food & restauran also mini market. Success for Owner.

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was extremely kind and helpful: they helped us book tickets for Zhangjiajie National park, find a restaurant, and arranged a taxi for us. Clean room, available laundry utilities, very friendly and patient staff and great location. Personally, we would have liked a shower curtain (to keep the entire bathroom from getting wet) and a softer mattress, but we loved the electronic heater. Would very much recommend!

The staff were the nicest and most helpful I’ve meet in a hotel, helped us plan our incredibly ambicious and crazy trip to Zhangjiajie Forest Park and T-Mountain in one dau, kept our luggage for us, always answered our questions with very good english. The room was excelent and the bed was the best one that we had in China. Overall I think this is the best out of all the hotels (8 jn total) we went to, and it was also super cheap. 10/10!

Nearby to zhangjiajie forest. Simple stay. Good location with restaurant and night market just below the stay.

The room was clean but basic. The location was excellent. It is within walking distance to the national park. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all around, and a night market right in front of the hotel.  Very nice tourist area. The breakfast is at a restaurant an across the street. It is all Asian food. We upgraded to the king bedroom, but was disappointed that it was on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator. The bed was larger than a US king bed. The con was that it was very hard mattress and the whole bed moves when someone rolls over.

We only stayed for one night, but it was perfect. They were very friendly. There was a nice food market in the street and it's very close to the entrance of the park.

Host was extremely helpful with planning our activities in the National Park and Mountain adventures. Very clean and quiet room. Free breakfast was weak but other than that we loved this hotel. Would book again.

（中文下面 抱歉为了不太标准普通话啦） First time Zhangjiajie, first time in Hunan too Advantage: 1. This hotel closed to scenery spot and convenience to find low budget local food along walking streets at night. Ex. Sanxiagua(三下剐） famous local hunan food 2. Breakfast included with unlimited ordering e.g. rice noodle with braised meat, tea leaf boiled egg, stir fried dough( recommend), steamed bun,… Breakfast pop up store was located at opposite of hotel only crossing the bridge. 3. Staff is really warm hearted welcome us even we are foreigners. He recommended a lot of things since low prices tickets to where to find something to eat 4. If you asked any assistance from hotel, staff always help you e.g. add more paper roll in toilet 5. A lot of electric plug for charging 6. Amenities are with white tea smell, so relaxing 7. Closed to convenient store left side of hotel—＞ auntie is so kind. The price is similar to common price in downtown. Some restrictions are no elevator and that’s it In overview we are so enjoy Wulingyuan national park. We roamed for two days and enough for teenagers who would love nature therapy. 第一次张家界，第一次来湖南 优点： 1.这家酒店靠近风景区，晚上可以在步行街上方便地找到低成本的当地美食。 例如，三下瓜（Sanxiagua）是著名的湖南当地美食 2.早餐包括无限次订购，如红烧肉米粉、茶叶煮蛋、炒面（推荐）、馒头，… 早餐快闪店位于酒店对面，就在过桥处。 3.即使我们是外国人，工作人员也非常热情地欢迎我们。他推荐了很多东西，因为低价票到哪里找吃的 4.如果您向酒店寻求任何帮助，工作人员总是会帮助您，例如在卫生间里加更多的纸卷 5.充电用电插头多 6.设施有白茶的味道，很放松 7.酒店左侧便利店关门--＞阿姨真好。价格与市中心的普通价格相似。 有些限制是没有电梯，仅此而已 总的来说，我们非常喜欢武陵源国家公园。我们漫步了两天，对于喜欢自然疗法的青少年来说已经足够了。

Very pleasant and comfortable 3 nights stay. The boss was very helpful to arrange entrance and cable car tickets. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel due to its close proximity to the forest park. Very clean and tidy room. 2 stars setting with 5 stars feel. Value for money.

Big clean room located near to Zhangjiaje Forest park entrance east gate. Lot of restaurants, groceries and street food can be found nearby. Hotel owner even helped us to keep our leftover food in their personal refrigerator and heat it next day. Also provided us some sweet potatoes which was yummy. I was able to communicate with owner via WeChat and he was really helpful and responsive.

The people who run this hotel are amazing!!!! I definitely recommend you stay here. I forgot one of my belongings in a hotel in Xi’an and the woman at the front desk called the hotel for me and explained the situation and helped me get my shirt back. It was much easier than if I had tried to communicate in mediocre Mandarin- I appreciate her help so much. She is practicing English very hard, she was doing her lesson while we were there. She helped me and my friends book tickets to the park and gave us recommendations on how to best plan our itinerary. She went above and beyond as a host. The rooms were clean & amenities were provided. Is located near a ton of restaurants and at night the street turns into a small market. 10/10 stay.

Very close to the east gate entrance to the park. Owner is very helpful and can give maps and tips on how to spend your time in the park. Room was as the photos - large and clean with all facilities. But the bed was one of the hardest we've ever slept on which meant we didn't sleep well.
