Service: Miss Mai Li at the front desk has very good service and is super attentive. Environment: Quiet, very new, suitable for traveling! I will stay here again next time I come to Zhaoqing. It is very convenient to the high-speed rail station and the breakfast is very rich.

The hotel is relatively remote, and it takes 8 to 10 minutes to walk from Ligang Xintiandi. The female staff at the front desk was polite, but the male staff did not say hello. When I returned to the hotel at night, I found that the cups had not been cleaned, the toothpaste had not been refilled, and there were flowers on the top of the bathroom. Water leaked out 15 minutes after the sprinkler was turned off, which was very noisy. Fortunately, it only leaked for about 5 minutes. The glass outside the window was stained, and the mountain view was ruined.

This is my first time staying at this Lavande Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The beautiful woman at the front desk is very polite and has a smile. After entering the room, I found that the air conditioner could not be turned on, so I informed the front desk, and the little brother came to solve the problem immediately, which was very efficient. There are not many types of breakfast, but it tastes good. The most important thing is hygiene. I will stay here again next time.
