The hotel is super close to the cable car station. It is only a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient.
The room was really nice, I even had a beamer!
The Service was the biggest highlight. The owner is incredibly friendly and helped me book entrance tickets to both Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park. He gave me maps and tips on which routes to take. When I wanted to change plans, they helped me again, even very late in the evening.
We connected via WeChat, so I could reach out anytime with questions or requests.
I would definitely come again.

The couple boss are very helpful and passionate. You may get discounted tickets , better from walk in ticket at counter or online app booking. You need to inform them at least one day in advance in order to get the discounted price. They even help you the draw out the route to travel around Tian men shan , wulingyuan, da Xia gu, Huang long tong. The room is too small for us, however I suppose they should have better , cleaner and bigger room to enjoy. The location is perfect , not only walking distance to tian men Shan, also a few steps to enjoy your breakfast, and meals. However if you are lazy and prefer to have food delivery, may seek help from them.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hidden gem! The room was perfect for my needs—clean, comfortable, and offering incredible value. It suited everything I was looking for.
The hosts were the true highlight. Exceptionally kind and accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure a great trip. They provided fantastic local advice, discounted tickets for attractions, and easy-to-follow maps that were a lifesaver.
Their attentiveness was remarkable; they offered their WeChat and number for questions at any time, making me feel incredibly well-cared-for.
While the value is outstanding, the cleaning service could be more thorough. After asking for cleaning service while I was out for the day, my room appeared to be surface-cleaned with trash emptied, but the linens didn't seem changed. As someone particular about cleanliness, I'd prefer fresh linens, but for the price, it's a minor point.
I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a great room and wonderfully personal service from amazing hosts. I will definitely return!

The most beautiful place! So close to Tianmen mountain cable car (5 minute walk).
The bed was amazing and so comfortable, I was excited to try a futon bed! The people here are so lovely and really made the stay!
Lovely spot and is a 10 minute drive to the airport and 15 minute to the train station!

The place is located within walking distance to the tiammenshan 索道。 Very convenient with eateries just outside the hotel. The boss lady and her husband are very kind as most have commented. They sold attraction tickets to both 天门山 and 张家界森林公园 cheaper than the official counter. They also helped with the reservation and provide comprehensive guide routes. The only con is the air conditioner is blowing directly on to the bed and there is no lift in the hotel.
For the price you paid , it is highly recommended.

Highly Recommended Stay – Excellent Service & Location!
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and surrounded by plenty of local eateries.
Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. The lady and gentleman at the front desk (who I believe are the owners) were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to explain all the major attractions, including Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and the Grand Canyon. They even helped us plan the best routes to take for each and purchased all the tickets on our behalf—we simply reimbursed them afterward.
Their genuine care and attention made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

If I could give this hotel more than a 10, I absolutely would — all thanks to the wonderful owner. She is an incredibly kind lady who made our stay more than enjoyable. She provided us with a complete tour plan and checked on us regularly to ensure we were having a great time.
The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the mountain cable car and surrounded by many halal restaurants.
As for the room, it was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had a pleasant scent.
The only small downside was the lack of an elevator, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all.
This was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire area is touristic and full of charm — simply unforgettable!

The staff is very helpfull. When we have any question, will always answer immediately. They advice us where and what to visit, help us to book the hus and also ticket.
If you need halal food, this place is easy for you to get them. There are a couple of Halal shop just 5 minutes walk from the hotel (at the main road). And the cable car is also about 5 - 10 minutes walk from this hotel
Will stay here again if we come back. Especially because of the very good and helpful staff

This nice little hotel is very comfortable and very clean, but the best part are the people working here. They are very kind, helpful, patient and do their best to accommodate your needs. To me the most important part is cleanliness, and after being in China for a week also being able to adjust the AC to be cold, and these hotel was finally the one that ticked all those boxes. The only thing I would make other guests aware of is that they dont have an elevator. This place is very close walking distance from the cable car to go up to TianMen mountain. I dont have pictures of the hotel but here are some of the mountain.
