攜程上面顯示我的房間在二樓，結果我到了給我安排在四樓，我就問有沒有低樓層的房間，前台回覆説沒有，然後我説我那麼大那麼沉的一個箱子呢，前台假裝沒聽見，沒有電梯衹能費勁提上去，反正有大件行李的謹慎下單。房間衞生還可以的，房間不送礦泉水。
