We love the ambience and you can get a private onsen. The shower room in the room is very small but it does not matter we we could use the private onsen. The food was excellent. The only little complaint is that it is about 15-20 minutes’ walk to the famous Floral Village. Nevertheless, we had a good time.

The hotel was not really managed by local Japanese, as the so called half board meals inclusive and hotspring facilities are very low end. The first night dinner included diy sushi- pot of sushi rice, seaweed, and some inner filings (ie raw fish, cooked shrimp, egg, cucumber etc). Interesting, they could not provide sushi soy sauce, but some eel sauce or general soy sauce. It was a bad experience… as the meals we expected would be genuine Japanese dinner included in a traditional onset hotel. Hotspring facilities are dated and uncleaned….though the spring water is in right temperature. The breakfast is less disappointed. But it is my first time to try chicken tempura, which is not something I experienced ever in my past decades traveling in Japan. I booked a garden room. It is not too small, but not spacious and easy to keep large luggage inside. Room condition is soso. They don’t have daily room cleaning service. Two good remarks I can make: they offer free drinks during meals and near reception area. Besides, they keep some adorable cats and a dog there which my kids loved to play with them.

Fantastic accommodation. There's 5 onsen that you can try out during your stay. Food is really good with free flow alcohol for dinner. Really sweet of the staff to prepare snacks and a complimentary Polaroid shot when you check out. Everything is just so comfortable and fuss-free.

Nice onsen and room. They hired Nepali to serve and much better communication. Food is delicious Using their bicycle to travel in the city was reli nice and convenient, saving lots of time.

Our ryokanl booking came with sukiyaki dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner very much but had to skip the breakfast due to our tight schedule. The ryokan had a cosy atmosphere, almost as if like we were staying at a good friend's house. There were a few cute and friendly cats which were mostly hanging around the courtyard and reception area. Nice onsen private onsen baths. Wished that the ryokan had provided luggage stands for us to put our luggages instead of us having to place our luggages on the floor and on the sofa.

A very cozy hot spring inn. Small, but the staff are very friendly. The environment is very clean, with five hot springs available. There are also adorable cats and dogs. Highly recommended.

The location is 10 points convenient, right near the souvenir street, you can soak in the hot spring  one stay and two meals, do not have to go around, 10 points comfortable and convenient , breakfast and dinner 10 points rich, reception has a drink machine, unlimited drinking 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In addition to the toilet smell, other facilities, food and service are very satisfied,, the hot spring is very clean and comfortable, the hotel door is LAWSON

The location is good, Yufuin is within 10 minutes' walk. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Yunotsubo, Jinlin Lake, and Fairy Tale Town from the hotel. The location is convenient. The cats and dogs in the hotel are well-behaved. There are insects chirping at night, the air is very good, and it is very healing. However, the facilities, supplies and meals of this hotel are very average.

The most impressive thing is the food here, delicious, fresh, and the wagyu is superb

A very cozy courtyard hotel with strong local characteristics, elegant and quiet environment, spacious and comfortable rooms, sufficient and delicious breakfast and dinner with reasonable matching. The hot springs are private and you can enjoy them relaxingly. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the bus stop, and it only takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk in a straight line. The town is not very big, you can walk everywhere, the air is good, and it is very suitable for a leisurely walk, with a feeling of wanting more.

The inn is quiet around the place, large rooms, dinner is barbecue, buffet drinks, good taste, but not many facilities, a hot spring and free bicycles available, friendly staff.

The environment is good, the hot spring is good, the food is not bad, and there are very well-behaved cats
