From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional. If you’re looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Loved everything about this hotel. The public bath was superb. The location is just a walking distance to Mark Is and many things around it. Very convenient and comfort.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with separate bathrooms and toilets. It's a great location for attending a conference at Pacifico Yokohama, and the subway station is close by. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, making it a great place to enjoy a drink in the evening. There's also a public bath, which was a great way to relax. There's also a separate laundry room, which made doing laundry a breeze. And the breakfast is affordable and delicious. If I ever return to Yokohama, I'd love to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located on a high floor and has a large public bath. Parking lot has a discount for guests staying in the hotel, the daily fee is 1,800 yen. I will choose to stay here again next time I go to Yokohama.

I stayed here when I went to a live concert at K Arena. It was convenient that it was only about a 10-minute walk away. There were also many restaurants nearby, which was helpful.

Not recommended for foreigners, not friendly to foreigners. I was surprised to find that we were foreigners staying here. Probably most of them were Japanese. Other facilities are good because it is newly opened.

The hotel is a little far from Yokohama Station. After getting out of the subway, you have to go up a flyover. When you get off the flyover from SOGO, there is no elevator. There is only a slope of about 30 degrees to pull the suitcase, which is a bit strenuous. It is recommended that if you have heavy suitcases, you can take one more stop on the Minato Mirai Line at the entrance of the hotel, and there will be elevators throughout the journey; the hotel has a high floor, good scenery, and a large bath. There is a 7-11 downstairs, and it is in the same building as Yamaha. It is located in the center of the commercial district. The street is very fashionable, a bit like a high-end version of Maetan. It is very convenient for shopping, eating, and walking. I stayed for 3 nights and was reluctant to leave. I will choose it again next time.
