Hampton Inn Paramus Reviews

Staff were nice and very courteous. Anything we asked for or needed they meet our needs with no issue. Rooms were clean. Breakfast space was big and comtable. Breakfast was very good and had lots to choose from. There was laundry at our floor, very convenient not to go down to the lobby. The family and I had a great stay, would recommend.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful, the room was excellent.

I stayed for two nights, and no one cleaned the room all day the next day. When I returned to the room in the evening, I was very surprised. The front desk said that you have to request in advance to clean the room, otherwise the room will not be cleaned, and the cleaning staff will get off work at 5 p.m.! But no one told me about this weird rule during my stay! Encountered this for the first time in decades of traveling! Speechless!
