Good service, nice room view and location but no coffee available.

The view was good but the breakfast was not good

Xindu hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The room on the 4th floor with panoramic view of the mountains is really beautiful. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the attractions are few minutes drive from the hotel. The Bamboo river rafting is located just the opposite of Xindu hotel. The breakfast is fine, but could have added few more to the continental menu. Overall it was a pleasant stay, thanks to Xindu hotel team for making our stay at Yangshuo a memorable one.

The is a nice getaway hotel with a great view. The location is convenient and close to all the activities we were interested in. The highlight of this hotel is their customer service! The staffs were very pleasant and helpful. If there’s any problem, rest assured it will be resolved. Breakfast was provided each morning but there could be more options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Very good location, nice and friendly staff, can choose the continental breakfast. The staff provided the electric scooter for rent. The room is big and the view from the room is amazing, the bathtub is super beautiful, the bed is soft and clean. But the door lock in my room was broken

We had amazing stay in this hotel, fabulous location, great views, nice swimming pool and exceptional service during our vacation! Staff it's truly give their real best! Definitely go back in the near future and enjoy my time in this peaceful place!

Booked a 4 night stay at the hotel. We were welcomed by friendly faces and stunning views. As some people mentioned there is no elevator so get ready to get your steps in. The views from the room is just incredible, i was able to see the sunrise every morning and could get a glimpse of the sunset from the balcony. Every morning they prepared a western breakfast for us which included toast, bacon, egg, cereal and your choice of coffee or other drink. The staff was very helpful in communicating with us via wechat and arranged airport drop off for us. The pool was wonderful especially after a long day of hiking and being out in the sun. The rooms provide lovely soft beds, tea and wine (for purchase). If you love your coffee in the morning bring some sachets with as well as some snacks as places are a little far out for delivery. West street is a 20min didi drive away and a must see. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing views from my bed and balcony! Clean and well stocked. The staff is super nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Will quickly accommodate if you need something. Will use WeChat and translation for communication to foreigners who don’t speak Chinese well. The boss is super nice and sweet. The main support lady works really hard and is super nice and accommodating in every situation. The western breakfast is egg, bacon and toast- very tasty, and they will make you coffee or tea. The pool is beautiful and has a great view of the surrounding mountains. I could watch the sunset every day from my room: panorama room. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel and stay again next time. Convenient to most places by car and Didi. Close to the river so you can stroll or ride a bike there for taking pictures and great views. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful hotel room. The staff are very friendly. Rooms are relatively the same price but the quality of rooms are vastly different. No staff available when checking out, and on one day the room was not cleaned but new water was provided. Beautiful pool and amenities. No wifi available in some rooms.

Nice hotel. The personal in the front desk are so helpful and caring. Western breakfast wasn't bad. Swimming pool is really enjoyable. 9.5

Simple guesthouse in a good location. No elevator, I lived at 5 floor , but the guy helped to carry the luggage. Hotel doesn’t have a territory, it’s just a guesthouse -behind is a mountain and the road is in front. Has swimming pool which is quite big, but it is across the road actually. This part of the town is rural and close to those nice walk-scooter pathways and very quiet. View from the balcony is FANTASTIC!!! I booked the panoramic view but it was to hot so I had to keep curtains all the time closed and didn’t really use the balcony . Rooms don’t have the closet so you don’t have space to hang your clothes at all. But the room is quite spacious.

Most amazing stay. Our room was lovely, just like the pictures. The lady running the hotel was very friendly and super helpful. We got sick and she noticed we had not left our room so asked if we were ok and then got us medicine we needed since we had been unable to find it ourselves. On the same day, we tried to order food… but it wasn’t going to be delivered. She found out as we had asked a question on WeChat and then she asked her colleague to go and find us similar food which he hunted around for and brought for us(it was really late too) Her chef had taken leave so she tried her best with the breakfast, and even made an effort to make us fresh orange juice when she noticed we didn’t drink coffee. She made us a delicious Chinese breakfast on another day too. We felt like we were staying with friends or family. There were not many people staying there so they also let us do our laundry and hang it on the balcony of an empty room since our room was one with the big windows and a bath but no balcony. We had trouble working out how to use the heating, and she or her colleague came up to help us many times. On basic things, it was lovely and clean, bed was comfortable, water was hot, view was lovely and the bath was such a lovely treat on the cold evenings! I can’t recommend this place more and will stay there again if we go back to Yangshuo!
