Superb staff service especially the receptionist, he is very accomodating. Great location. Walking distance to sunplaza and all.

It’s a good location however, it’s a bit difficult to communicate with staffs In English. I’ve noticed that the breakfast is buffet style but I only have one plate of simple breakfast like the photos I shared. That’s disappointed. As staff is so kind, i find middle ground at the end.

Service was good. Room have beautiful view.

First of all, a filter shower is required in all hotels in Sapara... If you use it for a day, you will end up with muddy water. The scenery is amazing. But it's 12 o'clock in the middle of nowhere? I left after playing, but there was no staff, so I made a phone call at the bar and waited 10 minutes before going in. Is it bad, Your Highness? I just have to use it no matter what.

This is my third trip to Sapa and I am evaluating it calmly. I stayed for 3 nights and I regret it. Service training for employees is urgently needed. I don't even have a costume. On the 3rd day, I went to the restaurant for breakfast, but there was no food, so I thought they were ready now, but even after waiting for about 30 minutes, the staff didn't even make eye contact and said nothing.
