I recently stayed at an Atour Hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff, especially 景一, made check-in smooth and was very helpful throughout my stay. She was efficient and friendly, answering my questions about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Atour—modern, quiet, and well-designed. Little touches like the high-quality bedding and smart room controls made it even better. Atour always delivers reliable service, but Jing Yi’s attentiveness stood out. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free, comfortable hotel. --- 这次在亚朵酒店住得很满意，尤其是前台景一的服务，让人印象深刻。办理入住时她非常耐心，主动介绍了酒店的设施，还帮我推荐了附近不错的餐厅。整个过程中她都很专业，态度也很亲切。 房间一如既往地干净整洁，亚朵的床品确实舒服，隔音效果也不错，晚上睡得很好。一些小细节，比如智能调节的灯光和空调，让入住体验更省心。 亚朵的服务一直很稳定，这次景一的周到接待更是加分。如果再来这个城市，应该还会选择这里。

Staying here was annoying. Firstly, they put me in the room next to the laundry room. Perhaps because i paid a good deal aka low cost. The sound insulation was poor. You can hear people coming in and out of the laundry room banging the door and kids screaming and yelling in the laundry room. Either they need to close off this room for stay or install better insulation.Secondly, I ordered food delivery and received a message that the order has been delivered. Waited for 20 mins and yet to see the robot deliver the food up to my room. Thus, I went down to check as I thought the robot might be busy during peak hour, only to see the robot at the charging point and my food was on the table. This is really horrible. Thirdly, the location is a bit of a walking distance from hotel to metro gantry point.

Great! The room is big and clean, and staffs are kind. There is also a robot that sends your food to your room! There is free porridge and light snacks at night too!

We enjoy staying here, room space is good enough for family of 4. No smoking is real here and bonus is a self service laundry room. 3 washing and 3 dryer machines each. Very comfortable! And a hommy restaurant next door is nice too

It is the closest to Exit E of West Lake Cultural Square Metro Station. It is adjacent to Hangzhou Children's Hospital and Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital in the north. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel has [Bamboo House] [Yado Department Store Public Toilet] [Leisure Waiting Area]. The hotel also has free gym [sweating] and laundry room (dust-free) for use, but please believe that we are always on the road of hard work and progress, and look forward to your stay again!

Hotel has free detox juice, very thoughtful considering the hot summer in Hangzhou. In addition, they have free self- service laundry. Location is quite good, 2 metro stops away from west lake, 2 stops away from hangzhou east station. There are many small restaurants around for quick bites. Metro station is about 10 mins away. Room is clean and comfortable

Location is good. The place is clean, but in comparison with other Atour hotels, this one is not as modern as those others.

The front staff n supervisor were so courteous and helpful to get us checked in. Drink n tea were served to us. Breakfasts were complimentary. Breakfast has a wide spread of local dishes with few breads n cakes. Transport is convenient to get taxi n DiDi. Room is very spacious and clean. Just before check out , the front staff helped us to buy some medical supplies for urgent use, using her own personal phone. Very caring to our needs 😍.

Smells to toilet and is noisy.
