Self service check-in counters, room is quite small, staff were okay, not much interaction. Our room has poor wifi connection. We can also hear the conversations from the other room as it is only separated by wood. I say it is fine considering it is Snow Festival at the time and hotel prices are soared really high.

It is a self service hotel. Location is very good, near train stations and supermarkets. The bathroom’s small, but the spacious room makes up for it. There’s also microwave and coin laundry available.

This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, but there is not always a staff at the counter. Especially like their luggage storage service since it is self help with locks. Feel safe and secured with such a smart facility. It’s next to Aeon supermarket which is good for travelers.

Easy to find as it’s next to subway station, room is spacious with mini couch and bed is super comfy, You hear a little bit of traffic but bearable, there’s also coin laundry with dryer.

The room is clean! And it is right at the AEON supermarket exit. The first picture was taken standing at the entrance of AEON supermarket. The left side is the subway station exit, and the advertisement building at 2690 on the right is this store. The lady above her head in the second picture is this hotel, fully self-service check-in. Cleaning is available every day.

The front desk staff had a good attitude and was very enthusiastic. Check-in was also very fast. The only drawback was that the room was not cleaned every day. They only hung the towels outside the door and changed them themselves. The heating in the room was too hot. It would be better if there was a way to adjust the temperature.

Very close to Higashi station, and AEON supermarket is next to the hotel. I stayed in a non-smoking single room, and the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Sauna is also available and Coin Laundry.

During the Spring Festival, the prices of various hotels in Sapporo soared. I finally booked this cheapest one. I didn't expect much, but it turned out to be unexpectedly good. Although it is small, it is clean and the service attitude is good.

Very convenient to the metro and the market! As a bonus, there is also a taxi stand nearby 👍👍

The location is good, right next to Higashi Sapporo subway station, and next to a supermarket. Clean and sanitary, the twin room is larger than the king room. High cost performance

When booking the hotel, mention that parking is free. I just booked a hotel so far away. The place is remote. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that it would cost 1,000 yen per night. There is no prior notice. 10 points are not satisfactory. There are only 10 parking spaces downstairs. It was late and there was no parking space, so I had to walk a long way to find another parking space. 10 points for inconvenience. Don't choose this hotel when traveling by car. Communication at the front desk is very difficult. 

The front desk was very nice. I forgot my key in the room at midnight and they helped me get it out.
