It's been a while since I've stayed at a hotel that looked better in person than in the photos :) As soon as I entered, they greeted me very kindly, and as soon as I entered the room, they even prepared welcome tea and light refreshments with great sense :) I enjoyed the unusually long cypress bath to my heart's content, and the dinner and breakfast were so filling and delicious that even I, who doesn't eat seafood well, could eat them! If I have the time, I'd like to stay here for a long time♡

Best service~~~It was a clean and well prepared ryokan. Each and every staff member was so kind and nice. There's no need to say anything about the taste of the food, it's the best^^

It was a satisfying trip for the whole family. The 6-person room was smaller than expected, but I was very satisfied with the space connected to the outdoors and the large hinoki table. The meal was very good and I enjoyed it.

During the Chuseok holiday, I booked Hoshikage Ryokan at a price higher than a 5-star hotel and came here with high expectations. However, I was disappointed from the moment I first met the front desk at the hotel. Three groups came in a few minutes apart, and they greeted the guests without any rules or order. When I said I arrived first, they told me to figure out the order among the guests;;; Then they gave us our room last. The group before us even upgraded their room, but they didn't even apologize to us and just greeted us with a sullen expression until the end. At this price, there weren't many rooms, so it wasn't crowded, but I was really disappointed that they could treat guests this well. I didn't expect great treatment, but I never thought I would be ignored and treated this badly. I was satisfied with the welcome tea, the room condition, the jacuzzi, the dinner, and the breakfast, but the only thing I remember is the rudeness of the female employee at the front desk.

호텔 찾기 어렵지 않았어요 저희는 부산에 거주 하고 친구들 계모임으로 1박여행다녀왔습니다. 체크인할때 로비와 엘리베이터가 아담하길래 작은호텔인가 했지만 생각 보다 객실수가 여러개였어요 6층에 머물럿는데 불편함 없었고 친구들과 재밌게 잘 보내고 왔습니다. 저녁. 아침 식사도 정갈하고 깔끔했어요 일본여행을 가기에는 시간이 없지만 가까운 지역에 료칸호텔이 있어서 좋았고 집에 오는길에 모두들 반신욕이 제일 생각난다고 좋아했습니다^^ 따뜻한물이 무제한이라 더욱 좋았네요~

음식도 정갈하고 료칸도 커플 둘이서 즐기기 너무 좋았어요 조금 아쉬운게 있다면 주변에 놀게 하나도 없어서 룸서비스 시간이 조금더 길어서 더 밤늦게까지 놀수 있으면 좋겠어요🥰

히노키탕이 엄청 크고 좋습니다. 해파랑길 2코스 걷기 후 피로를 풀기에 적합하였습니다. 저녁, 아침에 제공되는 식사도 아주 만족스러웠습니다.
