위치 너무 좋아요. 건물은 좀 낡았지만 친절하고 제공하는 무료 조식도 괜찮아요 특히 쌀국수는 최고!
내년에 또 올게요

The location is great. The building is a bit old, but they are friendly and the free breakfast they provide is good. Especially the rice noodles are the best! I will come back next year.

The location is good. The bed was good too~ Jamsolsol~ The reviews were rave so I made a reservation right away but I don't think I'll visit again.. I had a good rest for a day. The breakfast restaurant was clean but small so I had to wait to eat. There were ants in the food area...

整體還算是乾淨，早餐也還可以。就是要注意不要選內窗的房間，此外國內過去的朋友建議帶上毛巾，我們沒有用酒店的毛巾浴巾

Overall it was clean and the breakfast was OK. Just be careful not to choose a room with an inner window. Also, friends from China suggested bringing towels. We didn't use the hotel's towels or bath towels.

The location is superb. It’s walking distance to the main spots.   check in - when we arrived, it was nice of them allowing us for early check in. However, when we went upstairs, the room was not ready yet and the cleaners were still cleaning the rooms; but they were polite and apologised for what happened and asked to wait for a few mins for final clean ups.   Service - most of the staffs were polite and attentive. They looked worried when our driver that was supposed to show up at 8am; hasnt arrived yet. They even helped us to call the driver to check his whereabouts. The only reason i didnt give full 5 stars for staff is because this is the only hotel in vietnam (during our trip) that the staff didnt offer to assist on luggage.   Room - clean and ok if you don’t plan to stay ling in the room 

I booked this hotel through a Trip Master's package but researched it through Trip Advisor. Decent hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarters, but the rooms are pretty small (especially with a King sized bed) with not much room for luggage.  There was a small closet but no dresser to put clothes in.  There was a small fridge and they provide free small water bottles.  The bed was firm and the pillows were on the softer side.  The bathroom was small with no counter space and the shower/tub was somewhat slippery and unstable.  The AC in the room was okay, but there was no AC in the hallways and felt like a sauna.  The breakfast was decent with hot food, as well as pastries and fruit.  You can also order some items a la carte.    Pros: location Cons: small rooms, hot hallways

Room and location nice. Great breakfast and the staff went above and beyond for us with a request we had made. They aim to please and it shows.  Pros: great staff, breakfast, and location   Cons: None for us.  If you want to be in the thick of it,this is your place but some may find that the noise can be a bit much to sleep.
