The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!"

Before booking, I asked not to have a tail room. When I arrived on the 13th floor, I saw the tail room. I ran down. The staff said that the special room had a tail room. Finally, I added money to change the superior room.
It should be an old hotel. Most of the hotel facilities have problems. The room phone is a display and can't be used at all. You can see the store phone in Trip.com . The TV can be turned on, but it stops at an interface. The remote control does not respond how to press it. It is equivalent to having a key to open. Air conditioning works, but studied for a long time because there is no display on the air conditioning."

Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open …
Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00…
Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced.
Room cleaning: perfect
Roomsize: okay
Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep.

Functionally speaking, the room needs to be more thoughtful and perfect, such as the Marshall Bluetooth stereo in the room has no electricity, and the clerk did not check this; For example, it has been informed in advance that three adults have checked in, and the clerk has not arranged the toiletries, towels and slippers for three adults in advance. The cleaning of the invisible area in the room also needs to be improved a little bit, and the area between the bedside table and the bed needs to be scanned more carefully. The pillow has a high pillow and a low pillow, but the low pillow is also a little higher. We are used to sleeping on a low pillow. We finally slept without a pillow for one night, because the low pillow is also high. The temperature on the day of check-in reached 22 degrees, but the air conditioner in the room did not seem to work. Even if the two control boards were turned on the next morning, the air outlet was windy, but the temperature was still very stuffy. I don't know why. The brightness of the lighting in the room is very detrimental to girls' makeup. The lighting is warm and yellow. The makeup mirror does not have a back light strip, and the color of makeup cannot be recognized normally. The dinner chicken soup set meal booked is not a local chicken. It is inconsistent with the local chicken soup in Xianning written on the menu. The toast for breakfast tastes very like a tide toast, and the food is generally average. Finally, the most important thing to say is that the homestay actually does not provide services after 23 pm. If there is an emergency need after 23 pm, how will it correspond. Although we communicated our needs in advance the day before departure, it seems that the communication effect is equivalent to saying in vain that the communication person and the person who actually provides room service are not communicating. However, it is still worth going again."
