The front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out, and communication was smooth with any issues. The surrounding area is convenient for dining and transportation, and the prices are reasonable. I didn't encounter any problems and would recommend it.

There are so many things to complain about, I have to complain. The hotel is brand new and right next to Donghu University, but the lights in the central lobby are always off from day to night. It's pitch black even when you go to the bathroom in the basement fitness center. Especially at night, the lights aren't on. Is this to save energy?! Breakfast is only served from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, and it's Children's Day on the Dragon Boat Festival. Are they really that rushed?! Most meals are gone by 8:30 AM. 🙁 Except for the slightly better service in the fitness center, the rest of the service feels like I owe them money. Sigh, I won't be back! The room facilities are okay, but the water pressure in the shower is too low!

There is a 24-hour self-service laundry room on the third floor. The washing machine dryer is fully equipped. You don't have to worry about changing and washing for many days on business trips. The check-in at the front desk was neat and efficient, and the surrounding places to eat were also introduced. Breakfast is in the sky restaurant on the 17th floor. The hot dry noodles and soup noodles are very authentic. Eat and watch the city view. On the whole, the location, health, service can not pick the problem, next time you come to Xianning will choose this one.

What I am not satisfied with is that the tea room, fitness and other facilities on the third floor were not open during the Spring Festival. The restaurant only has private rooms and a very expensive menu, which is not suitable for ordinary families to eat out. There are not enough room service staff, and the training does not seem to be in place. The supplies after the extra bed need to be urged by phone again and again. In the middle of winter, they did not give the basic thick quilt, but only two very thin air-conditioning quilts. I almost got sick from freezing. They were not brought until I complained the next day. This should not be. In short, it is a relatively good accommodation for tourism and business trips, and there is still room for improvement.

I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects.
