Every problem you detailed in your review (window stains, open drinking water, wall attachments, sofa dirt, musty smell), as well as the pictures you provided, made us feel extremely shocked, ashamed and sad. This is by no means the service standard we should have, and it completely betrays your trust in our hotel. Thank you for taking the time to point out these problems. Your feedback is very important to us. It is a wake-up call and a spur. Every detail you described points to our catastrophic negligence and loopholes in basic hygiene management, cleaning process execution and final quality inspection: 1. The heavy stains on the windows affect the lighting: This reflects the serious lack of daily deep cleaning. We have ordered the housekeeping department to thoroughly clean and inspect all room windows immediately. 2. The free drinking water was opened: The picture evidence you provided (which we have carefully verified) shows an incredible situation, which exposes our unforgivable serious omissions and management chaos in the replenishment, storage and inspection process of items. This is not only a hygiene issue, but also an extreme disregard for the safety and trust of guests. We have launched a special internal investigation to thoroughly investigate the root cause of the problem and severely deal with the relevant responsible persons. 3. Unknown objects are attached to the wall beside the bed and there are many dirt residues on the surface of the sofa: This directly proves that the basic cleaning process of the room is non-existent and the cleaning quality is completely out of control. We have asked the engineering department to professionally clean/repair the wall and immediately deep clean or replace all sofas. 4. The musty smell problem is obvious: This indicates that the room may have poor ventilation or potential moisture problems. The perfunctory management of basic hygiene you mentioned is very sharp, and we fully agree with your disappointment and anger. This is by no means a "detail" issue, but it touches the bottom line and lifeline of hotel operations. Everything you have experienced proves our complete failure in the hygiene supervision system. The sale of this room and the rooms cleaned in the same batch has been immediately stopped. 2. Thorough investigation and accountability: We are thoroughly investigating the loopholes in the entire chain of cleaning, inspection, and replenishment, and the relevant responsible persons will face severe penalties. 3.
