訂了商務大，到了服務員説沒房，特意安排了9樓的一間，説是標準房，床小，好像是135的，房間味道很重，臭的那種，床上有毛髮，洗手間有毛髮，衞生有問題，問前台説是樓層排水溝反臭，明知道有問題的房間還開給客人，一次極差的入住體驗，服務員業務也不熟，一問N不知，後來一位自稱是經理的人打電話來説自己沒上班，不知道，要求加微信，有點不知所雲，注意避坑這店的9層房間

衞生一般般，無可厚非 環境設施一般.也沒有護髮素，洗衣房服務也沒有送衣服到門口，還需要住客去拿…. 在洗衣房丟失了衣服也沒有後續解釋和相關賠償…
