We were amazed by this hotel and the room. It has voice activated function to control stuffs like the TV, lights and curtains…, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it 😅. They have the biggest tv we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. There’s a tea set on the table with complimentary tea leaves and some plum candies

Excellent and attentive check in service by Ms Choi Yuan Hong, she is to be commended for her warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Very disappointing was the breakfast, which, although it is not expensive with reasonable variety, failed to provide amenities such as fork and knife and they don't even have an electric toaster to toast the bread! Coffee was pretty bitter too and fried eggs were cold. All in all a lot of rooms for improvement.

Wuxi railway station is around 15-20mins by walking due to construction work that block the short cut .

So comfortable, very convenient in location. The buffet in the morning was also great with a good variety of things to eat. We booked the spot because it was close to the railway but didn't realise that construction was being done on the side of the railway we were at, so had to trek a little to catch our train in the morning, but in regular circumstances it'd be a great convenient spot to be.

Positives: excellent location directly opposite of the Wuxi Train Station, comfortable room with many dials and switches controlling the room functions, advanced toilet. Negatives: room service don’t always clean your room when requested, front desk hesitant to provide an extra room key card due to some absurd shortage of plastic.

Stayed 1 day in Wuxi with family. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. Service staff is well trained. Felt like a 5 stars hotel. Pls keep up with this standard. Highly recommended.
