Breakfast spread was great! Staff at the reception/restaurant were all friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable - extremely spacious. Felt very welcomed and safe with all the security at the entrance too. Thank you!

Excellent place for group dinner. Very good service by Ishita and Aman. The team had a great time . Good spread of buffet with diff varieties of cuisine. Nice ambience and atmosphere. Great location and elegant place with warm welcome by hotel team.

The food here was delicious and was very very flavourful. Chiinn is very courteous and Chef Shakeel prepared the best North Indian cuisine we had in Hyderabad . A must try with family and friends . The best location in the city and definitely must try

I stayed from 12-19 May. I had a lovely stay with staff checking in and getting feedback on food and my stay during the buffet breakfast. They were also kind enough to provide their contact details, so that when I was ill due to food poisoning on the 16th, I was able to contact guest relations officer Mego via Whatsapp. Despite it being her off day, she co-ordinated with her on-duty colleague, Vivi to help arrange for the house doctor to visit me in my room. Following the doctor’s visit, hotel staff assisted to buy the medication prescribed by the doctor, and Vivi arranged for mildly spiced porridge and coconut water for my dinner. The following day, Saturday, I chatted with chef Rajesh who specially made cream of spinach soup and toast for dinner. On Sunday, even though it was his off day, he checked in on me via Whatsapp, and arranged for roasted carrot and capsicum soup, that I requested. During my 3 days recovery period, Mego diligently checked in on me and ensured that I was well stocked with coconut water and that my dietary requirements were being met. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that during my check out, that the food requests were catered on a complimentary basis. The service level provided by guest relations officers Mego and Vivi, and by chef Rajesh exceeded my expectations, and will definitely bring me back to the Westin Mindspace when I return to Hyderabad in the future.

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome at the reception and the attentiveness of the guest relations manager (Kranti). Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and truly delicious by Chef (Rajesh and Abhay). Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Your team’s dedication to guest experience truly stood out, and I sincerely appreciate the personal touches and professionalism throughout. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!

Recently visited Casbah with my friends and had a great experience in the open space The service by Mr. Rahul was excellent— attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious, especially the Prawn which was perfectly prepared and flavorful.

Overall service was very good and people expressed the food and the venue was very arranged. Abhishek from the operations was very support through out the event… Totally the Ambience’s of this is very good and the co-operation of the team with us is very well… Thank you

My experience was phenomenal!! Abhay, Koyal, Charls, Krishna and rest of them were fantastic! Great work guys. Housekeeping team did amazing job in keeping the room clean. Service was great at breakfast, lunch and dinner for all the days.

Excellent stay. Most impressed by service. The staff here is great. People at the front desk like Krishnamurthy, Akanksha, Koyal and the guest relations manager Kranti- everyone was very helpful and accommodated my requests to make the stay that much better. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the food was tasty. The chefs here- Abhay and Rajesh were very considerate in checking on preferences and tailoring the dishes. The Club lounge also has a very good food and drinks choice compared to many other similar hotels in this category. The staff in lounge was also very attentive and the live station there with different cuisines every day with chefs like Vamshi provided a treat. The trainers at the gym like Riaaz were also vey helpful in giving tips and helping me after work sometime as late as 9:30 pm. Other services like laundry were also similarly very responsive and accommodating. Overall good property in a good location if you are looking for one in the hi-tec city area with excellent service and staff that is very helpful and always greets with a smile.
