Good location. Friendly front desk staff, nice breakfast, pretty clean  The smoking rooms were very stale smoke (I am a non-smoker) but happy to have a place to stay.  Overall good for the price point.

This location was very accessible from interstate However no laundry room and no pool. Shell gas station right next door was a small plus.

You have all of the amenities proclaimed. Your staff are polite and helpful. The courtyard looks excellent, and the rooms are fine and clean when we arrived. Breakfast was ample. Would have been nice to have out just one meat product, and fill up your three cereal bins with three different types of cereal, not two types, with one type in 2 of 3 bins (etiquette). The one thing that was B.S. is you turn off your guest WiFi at 9:30am promptly. Internet TV is you have as well. When I checked out (10:22am), the WiFi was still off and other long term guest mentioned this as common practice. I’d stay again because of convenience to Interstate 65 here, so long as I leave early in the morning.

Huge surprise at the cleanliness and service of the staff. Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast area was very good. The attendant was friendly to everyone who came in the area. Checkout was quick. Room was very clean! Will stay again if I am through the area again.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, completely on me. However I feel bad for even those who do smoke. Cockroaches in room, cigarette burn in bedding and furniture, chicken bones right by door. Other small bug crawling around as well. I stay in “good “ rates rooms all the time and this was by far the worst.

This hotel was very clean and the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The price was reasonable. It was close to the expressway and all kinds of places to eat. Only downside was that it is very close to the highway, but the manager said next time, ask for a room not facing the road so you don't get the road noise. We would use this place again if we were going this way.

Nice stop along way from Ohio to Destin Florida; friendly staff, reasonably comfortable beds, decent breakfast included;

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ROOMS SMELL MUSTY AND WE FOUND BED BUGS. WE CHECKED OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF BEING IN ROOM 104. This was after being moved 2 other times due to the rooms smelling like mildew. We were given a refund. No questions asked. I gave the receptionist the cup with the bugs I collected and took a video. Wyndham Corp has been contacted with a formal complaint. Update: Jefferson Co Dept Health was contacted. Pictures and videos were provided for their investigation.
