Response from Property: 貴賓您好，小店可能有些細節方面做得不能夠面面俱到，但是衹要有客人提出來不妥善的問題，我們都會及時去處理的。給您此次帶來不好的入住體驗，我們深感歉意，您説的離地鐵站有點遠的問題，小店就是深受委屈了，小店目前是離仁和路地鐵站最近的，直線距離200米不到，目前來講我們家的核心優勢除了性價比高、服務好，地理位置也是非常好的，期待您的下次光臨。

Response from Property: 貴賓您好，小店於2022年開業，同時房間每年都會進行翻新，除了格局變不了，其他的床品、裝飾等都會不定時間的對其進行更新，對於您説的衞生不乾淨的問題，小店非常重視，並且對保潔阿姨進行了在培訓，小店目前而且一直能夠保證的是我們床品每日進行更換並交由專業的洗滌公司進行清潔，不定期會有洗滌檢測報告，保潔阿姨也會對房間進行全面清潔，期待您的下次光臨，給我們一個為您致歉的機會。
