Infact the hotel is beautiful, the services on providing free shuttle bus to Disneyland & Pudong Airport is wonderful, the hotel is lack of staff, and might also lack of customer too. So I cant feels like 5 star international hospitality services. The stupid renovation worker they start to knock the wall on around 8am, the soundproofing is really bad. So anyway, overall still can accept with the price that I paid for.

Decent business hotel which served my purpose for just a night’s stay for business trip. Slightly away from central Shanghai - close to one hour by car from the bund.

The hotel does not seem well-maintained and the buffet selection is limited. It is not foreigner-friendly, as the staff have limited proficiency in English.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mother and pregnant wife, and I can confidently say that I will definitely revisit. The service was outstanding, and I want to extend a special thanks to Leo for his exceptional help and top-notch service. The environment was clean, cozy, and inviting, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, ensuring there was something for everyone. A lovely bonus was the complimentary late-night hot dessert, which was a delightful treat after a long day at Disney—perfect for warming up during the chilly evenings. The hotel’s location is ideal, with Disneyland nearby and Xinchang Ancient Town just a short distance away. Xinchang is a great spot for indulging in local snacks and treats. Additionally, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, along with a FamilyMart and local markets for your convenience. The free laundry service was another thoughtful touch, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Luxurious place good price great service and provided airport shuttle free of charge. Nice automatic toilet and overall satisifed. Cons. Air conditioning very weak and bathroom sewer smells like dank piss sometimes.

First of all, Mr.Wang Shi Xiong provided us the best service for this stay.The hotel is new and modern. In my opinion Qiuzhu especially suitable for staying when visiting Disneyland. The hotel staff are very attentive and patient. Since most are family with children stays, there is the sound of children running around all the time.

Stayed here for four consecutive days. Let me talk about the location first. The hotel is far from the city, but I don't want to change hotels halfway, so I chose a hotel with relatively convenient transportation. Although it is more than 1 km away from the subway station, the hotel drives to the subway station, which is very humane. It takes a little more than 1 hour to go to the Bund and Xujiahui Natural History Museum, which is still acceptable. The Safari Park and Disneyland also provide pick-up. Although Disneyland is 15 kilometers away, we went to Disneyland early in the morning and the taxi was only more than 30 yuan, and it was very fast to take the highway. The hotel is very warm, clean and hygienic. The floor-to-ceiling windows are spacious and bright. The service attitude is also good. There are fruits, afternoon tea and supper. I went to Xinchang Ancient Town the next day after playing Disneyland. It is very close. The ancient town is so beautiful after the rain. The Shanghai Grandma around is delicious and cheap. I will definitely choose it next time I go to Shanghai. The small tomatoes in Shanghai are cheap and delicious.

It is very convenient for lazy people like me. The room is clean and hygienic. There is no odor. The room is cleaned very well. The hotel also provides Disney pick-up and drop-off service. It is very convenient to pick up and drop off at the hotel entrance. The driver is very nice and gentle. The service attitude is good.
