"We stayed at this hotel for two separate nights. The staff was super welcoming and helpful from the moment we checked in. The hotel is super central, just steps from the city's main avenue and the historic center. It's perfect for exploring the city. There are also plenty of small bars and restaurants nearby, popular with locals, where you can eat in the evening. Daily housekeeping and towels changed daily. The breakfast buffet is perfect for starting the day, with international and Tunisian dishes (the eggs with tomatoes were delicious). Between our two stays, we took a desert excursion and they let us leave our luggage at reception at no extra charge. I highly recommend it and would definitely return."

The street in front of the hotel is always crowded, making it difficult to hail a taxi. Therefore, I recommend walking a bit to catch a taxi or getting off and walking."

"Sub Standard and not a Honest 5 Star establishment. Check in: Grateful for the early check in although we had to firmly stipulate we were not going to pay for the “extra day”. December is not busy and it’s a business hotel. Surprised they never offered to store our luggage until 15:00 as an option. Room: Big, clean and comfortable. Ample packing space and quiet. Housekeeping aims to please and is consistent. Thank you! No Nespresso machine which is a negative for a supposed 5 star hotel. Laundry service is well-priced and efficient. Breakfast: Vast choice with good eggs and Salmon. Lots of pastries and breads - guess this is a Tunisian thing? Quality is okay. Lots of waiters but tables are left messy and uncleared. The dining room furniture is dismal and needs an upgrade, as with the buffet display. Coffee is delicious. Executive Lounge: Dismal! Don’t waste your money. Unkempt and awful. Food served is a joke. This has got to be the absolute worst executive lounge we have upgraded for. No alcohol, beverages served in a tin and a measly display of underwhelming pastries and pies. Service is slow. This is not an executive lounge on any level. There is definitely a budget here, rushing to clean up and pack away. Tins of cool drink are under lock and key and served by hand, no tray. Furniture old and worn - no music, small TV - one word: PATHETIC. Concierge: The worst ever. No experience, limited local knowledge and disappointing dining suggestions. These team is disinterested and consistently take calls and get interrupted while one is talking to them. I don’t believe that this hotel runs on par with a five star grading. I will probably never support the Radisson group again."

"Friendly and welcoming staff, overall average hotel, breakfast plentiful in terms of choice but average in terms of taste, room cleaned and towels changed every day (we still had a huge cockroach once in the room), they do their best with their means do not expect a luxurious hotel. The location is 20min walk from the center of Tunis, the metro station Place République is 5min (although I do not recommend Tunisian local transport, crowded and dilapidated with random schedules), take a taxi instead to get around if you do not like walking."

There were no Spanish channels despite having almost 200 digital channels. There was a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was good. The best thing about the hotel was the staff; the woman who checked us in the morning (Miriam) was very pleasant, kind, and helpful; the man who worked in the afternoon was also very friendly and approachable. Without a doubt, the staff was the best thing about the hotel."
