"I had an overall average stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. The staff were also nice, welcoming, and helpful.
However, the biggest downside was the noise. Despite my room not facing the street directly, I could still hear a lot of outside noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Soundproofing could definitely be improved.
In summary, it’s a decent place with friendly service and clean rooms, but not the best choice if you’re a light sleeper."

"The hotel is located in a very safe and clean area. They provide a parking in the basement for free. The hotel is very clean and smells good everywhere. The staff are very helpful and support you in calling taxis and carrying luggage. The rooms are well equipped. Bring your own slippers. I booked a triple room for my two daughters and me and they upgraded for free to an executive suite. It was very cozy. The breakfast formula has many options so that you create your meal as you want to. It is close to many sites that you may plan to visit.
We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the hotel."

"The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water."

"I highly recommend this place. Since it's newly opened, it's very clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The location is also great as it isn't too far from the main street. A simple free breakfast is provided, consisting of bread, milk, dates, and yogurt. The hot water in the bathroom works very well, and the air conditioning is available for use. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, so you can drink water and even make instant noodles with the hot water. However, I expected a kitchen, but since I booked the smallest room, it didn't have one like a regular hotel kitchen. It seems they are only available in the larger rooms. Anyway, it is the best value for the price."

I arrived on 30 th aug , late night , had booked in online, arrived tired and waited 30 mins, which was frustrating, then was given a room where a dog was in a balcony opposite, I did not sleep all night, but when I did put it to the hotel they did change my room

The breakfast is simple, but it fills you up.
The way to the hotel went through the market, which gives a pretty good impression of the city. The location itself is in a quiet side street. We slept well

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious and easy to use, the hotel is in a prime location with very convenient transportation. The surrounding restaurants are convenient and delicious and inexpensive!
Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy outside, which affected my sleep. The breakfast was delicious but there were not many varieties.

The hotel is in the heart of the medina. The hotel manager met us at the car park and we had to walk quite a way to arrive at the hotel. The experience is one not to miss. The hotel is centuries old and they have kept the vibe of that time in the decorating. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was simple but had everything we need and it was good.

The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day.
