Amazing
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel. Single room a little too small. Really accurate and precise service with towel change in the evening and room check. Only negative note they didn't call me for the wake up call even though I recommended it... I hope next time they give me a bigger room 😀
KKaixuanguilai!nieIn the old city, parking is inconvenient, and it is inconvenient to drive yourself. There is no elevator, there is electric heating, and the shower station is very narrow in the bathtub. You can stay for one day to experience the life of the old city people, but multiple days are not recommended. It is a 10-minute walk from the main entrance of the old city. There are restaurants nearby that are convenient and cheap to eat. 1 roasted chicken + French fries + 2 baguettes + local salsa sauce, etc. 25 local currency is enough for 3 people.
GGuest UserAn unusual hotel, right in the city center at the entrance to the Medina, with an elevator.
The neighborhood is rather dirty but very central, with all amenities nearby.
The staff is excellent, welcoming, and available 24/7.
The room is very nice; you can hear some noise from the square, but that's to be expected given the central location. The cleanliness is satisfactory. The drains are a little slow, but we've seen that often throughout the country. There's air conditioning, a small refrigerator to keep the water at a comfortable temperature, and good blackout curtains.
The breakfast was varied and good.
GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the center of Tunisia and is an old hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I saw the big boss of the hotel supervising the work at the front desk. The boss also walked back and forth and helped with the management of the hotel. This was very impressive. The boss is polite and warm. I booked a suite this time and it was very clean and comfortable. The most unique thing is that there is a stool in the bathtub. This is specially arranged for the elderly or travelers with limited mobility. This is very thoughtful and deserves praise. It was very peaceful to sleep at night. The suite has a balcony with city views. The room includes meals, and the food is local specialties and delicious. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Tunisia.
YYaoyaoThe hotel is located in the city center, opposite the mosque. The hotel is standard four stars, it looks like it is newly built or newly renovated. The twin room is more spacious, clean and tidy, separated from wet and dry, there is mineral water, bathrobe, but no slippers, there is a quilt, which can cover the big quilt of the twin bed. One of us is more embarrassing. Can sleep in a bathrobe. Breakfast is nothing special, no different from the average hotel. The overall feeling is that the price is low, and the price is more expensive for our trip to Tunisia.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff knocks on my door around 9 or 10 every morning just to get towels, and I've been woken up several times already. This is the first time I've seen this. It's very difficult to communicate with the staff since they don't speak English.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the heart of the medina. The hotel manager met us at the car park and we had to walk quite a way to arrive at the hotel. The experience is one not to miss. The hotel is centuries old and they have kept the vibe of that time in the decorating. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was simple but had everything we need and it was good.
GGuest UserGood breakfast, good location, good environment, out of the hotel door, go straight for more than 400 meters, just a local large supermarket, Tunisia mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.
