Regarding the location issue you mentioned, our hotel is indeed located inside Kinosaki Town, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. In order to alleviate this inconvenience, our hotel provides a shuttle service every 30 minutes on demand from 15:00 to 22:00 to the town center and Kinosaki Station (it does not operate during dinner hours). We hope you will take advantage of this convenience during your next stay. Regarding the carpet problem in the room you mentioned, we have found the relevant location and will replace it with a new carpet during the next maintenance in the museum. We sincerely apologize for this poor experience. Regarding the question of the Western dinner, although we contacted you several times to confirm the dinner and other information before your arrival, we did not receive any reply, and we were unable to contact anyone with direct knowledge of your reservation. Since the third party did not provide us with your contact information, we cannot contact you directly before your stay, and we are not aware of your request for Japanese dinner. We will do our best to accommodate our guests' dietary needs, but may be subject to restrictions such as preparation time, dinner type, available selections and staffing arrangements. We understand that food is an important part of your stay and we apologize for not meeting your expectations. We will continue to work hard to improve our ability to handle situations like this.
